Sound Bath Experiences
Energy moves through us in four different ways, one way is through sound. A sound bath experience utilizes several different instruments to “bathe” you in waves of various frequencies where healing may begin or to release anxiety and ground you or to take you on a journey of self-discovery….so many possibilities!
I also enjoy customizing sessions to specific themes, such as:
– full moon or new moon energy
– resetting and recharging
– grounding with Mother Earth
– meeting your guides
I’m happy to offer sound bath experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations.

Sister Circles
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been passionate about women’s rights, women’s voices, and women’s spaces. At the beginning of 2023 I decided to take a 4-day course through Sistership Circle on How to Lead Circle….and loved it so much I enrolled in the full 3-month course to become a Certified Level 1 Sistership Circle Facilitator. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
I’ll be holding drop-in Sister Circles as well as series of themed Sister Circles of 4 – 8 weeks in duration. Something for every woman!
Reiki Training
I love working with Reiki energy and would love to teach you to learn to work with it, too! I teach four levels of Usui Holy Fire III Reiki so you may learn as little or as much as you’d like.
Classes are small so there’s lots of time for questions and practice. I also offer one-on-one training.
Healing Jewelry
I create one of a kind jewelry infused with healing Reiki energy. All of my pieces are created with ethically sourced stones, crystals, bone, and leathers. Sterling silver and copper metals are used for their ability to enhance the properties of crystals and stones. 🤍

cole craft 1111 is an Indigenous woman owned and operated business that opened online on November 11, 2020. Originally creating one-of-a-kind healing jewelry, I now also offer healing and metaphysical services as well as sister circles, and coaching.
I’m available for appointments in my backyard office, your home or business, or in hospitals and care homes. When needed I also rent an accessible shared office.
About the Name
cole craft 1111 combines my last name (cole) + what I do (craft stuff) + the number 1111 (a reminder that we are all one 🤍).

Thank you for visiting my site! I’ll share a little bit about myself here and hope to share more when we meet in person. I am of First Nations and Scottish decent. I’m from the Squamish Nation and I live on reserve in beautiful West Vancouver, BC with my husband, mom, and two cats.
I believe in spreading love and light into the world. I have been in contact with Spirit since I was in the womb and continue to connect with Spirit through daily practices. I only use my gifts for the higher good and feel great honour in assisting my clients to heal and move forward.
I’ve had a strong interest in the arts from an early age…I loved watching something beautiful come from nothing…and still do! In addition to jewelry, I dabble in writing, drawing, fashion, and singing.
